- We are Christina and Jeni, the instructors of Piccola Cucina. Christina has over 10 years of Italian teaching experience and over 20 years experience cooking Italian food. She specializes in teaching language through activities, which research shows to be one of the most effective ways to learn a language. Jeni is an Italian wine and food expert, with over 15 years experience in Italian wines and regional cuisines. Her company, Passionate Palate Tours specializes in wine and food tours of Italy.
